Location
Remote, with preference for hybrid candidates near Lexington, KY.
Who You Are
You have a talent for breaking down and solving problems necessary for building complex content management systems. You like to work with a small team to work on features across a variety of projects. You approach programming with collaboration and a consulting mindset when working with stakeholders. You are driven to ship solutions and have a passion for balancing quality with delivery. You are interested in learning new technologies and advancing your technical skill set.
What You'll Do

Complete assigned tasks ranging from new features, enhancements, bug resolution

Program in a team environment. Assist other team members with completion of tasks

Assist in code reviews, providing feedback for team members and collaborating on feedback for your own work

Participate in the full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, estimation, development, QA testing, and deployment

Attend status meetings and provide detailed updates of assigned work and projected completion dates

Participate in sprint planning and sizing of tasks and be responsible for completing assigned work each sprint

Develop and execute on client projects and requests. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
What You’ll Bring

Strong experience with PHP

Strong experience with modern Drupal systems (Drupal 8+)

Experience using frontend frameworks with Typescript

Strong understanding of Git
-
Experience with working on a team with multiple engineers, project managers, designers, etc.

Understanding of Agile methodologies

Experience with React

Knowledge of Tailwind CSS

Knowledge of Python and Django

Experience using Algolia or Solr for delivering search solutions
